Football Manager 27 opens in early access on PC through Game Pass on 3 November 2026, with the full game following a week later. Microsoft’s Next Week on Xbox post of 30 October 2026 lists the title as “Football Manager 27 (PC Early Access)” on 3 November under Game Pass.

The same post ties that access to pre-orders and to two subscription tiers.

“Pre-orders on PC, Game Pass Ultimate, and PC Game Pass will grant early access starting on November 3,” the post says. There is no mention of console early access in that listing.

How the preview rolls into early access

Sports Interactive has been running a free Launch Preview build in the run up to release. Its installation guide says the Free Play Launch Preview is available via Xbox.com and the Xbox PC app until 3 November 2026. The same page lists the preview as free to play on PC and Mac until that date.

Subscribers can keep playing after that date.

“If you are a PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, you will be able to continue playing the FM27 Launch Preview from 3 November, ahead of the full launch on 10 November,” the studio says on the same page.

Players who are not subscribed can retain access from 3 November 2026 by pre-purchasing FM27 from the Xbox Store.

What arrives on 10 November

Sports Interactive announced the release date on 29 September 2026, saying FM27 launches globally from 10 November 2026.

Day one platforms include Steam, Epic Games and the Xbox PC app, including Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, according to that post. FM27 Console on Xbox and PS5, including Game Pass Console subscribers, and FM27 Mobile on Netflix also launch from 10 November 2026, with the studio saying further platform details are to follow.

The studio describes the game as an evolution of its foundations. “Foundations evolve to deliver greater control, smoother discovery and a deeper, more immersive football world, with new, returning and reimagined features that invite discovery from the moment your save begins,” the 29 September post says.

GameRant lists the 10 November Game Pass arrival under the Ultimate and PC tiers, covering cloud, handheld, PC and Xbox Series X/S, and notes that the console version is a standalone title.

The Game Pass catalogue has other additions around the same dates. Warhammer Survivors arrives on 10 November 2026 as a day one release on Ultimate and PC, and Thronefall follows on 11 November 2026, with a day one Xbox Series X/S version, per the same listing.

On Xbox.com and in the Xbox PC app, the Launch Preview appears under the Add-Ons section for Football Manager 27.
