True, though I’ve always found that feature pretty lacking. For me, it’s always given roughly the same results I would have got with the normal keyword search. The beauty of GazoPa is that you can define exactly what “similar” means, like color, shape, etc.

You’re right though, in all fairness to Google Images I could have included a word about their “Find similar images” option.

I think even Google does somewhat of the same type of search in Image search… If you click the find similar images link below a particular image it gives almost similar image results…

That is pretty cool! I am definitely going to check it out. I also noticed that you can sketch a pic on the site, and it will find similar images, and you can send your sketch to Twitter! If you are a horrible artist (like moi), then I don’t think you will ever find the actual image you are looking for. ;)

Interesting ! Where does GazoPa get the images from ? Does it search public sites such as flickr or it has it’s own database ?
