To fix this issue you need to add the correct mobile doctype, and the canonical url to the content. However, mobilepress uses the same url for mobile content so canonical urls won’t work. I think it would be better to server you mobile content from a domain like m.example.com and use canonical urls to solve duplicate content issues.

Whilst MobilePress is certainly a step in the right direction, I’ve written a plugin that hopefully takes things just a little bit further.
