Well I loved the idea and it was great fun using LiLi, but I have found that the USB drives I have created using this are really really temperamental.

Linux Mint just stopped loading after a few goes. I redid the whole thing and now Firefox has stopped working. When you used the restart option it booted into a command prompt and then stopped working.

It is a great way to get a look and feel of a distro, but I didn't find that you got a workable system out of it.

It seems to be excellent, what a good idea. To have a Linux distro in a pendrive is very useful in a lot of situations and it is a very good way to test the OS before installing it in the HD or recording it on a CD.
I am going to download it right now!

I'm certainly no Windows expert, but the closest thing I'm aware of is a system called BartPE, which creates a Live CD out of Windows XP. I haven't actually used it myself so I have no idea of the technical and legal merit.

Oh,
Do you think it would be possible to install Windows 7 somehow through the same concept as Lili? Where one could take Windows 7 everywhere and boot up if needed? Because I have the ISO.. I guess I could try.
